Livestock Judging - #17001 Members learn how to evaluate livestock according to breed standards and/or consumer preference. Breed characteristics, conformation, carcass quality and other industry related information is learned. Members develop evaluation and decision making skills. Speaking ability is also developed through oral reasons.
